SEMIT 2024 Participation Fee

 

Please note that:

• A Turkish attendee is defined as a participant with a valid affiliation in Turkey. Therefore, the Turkish price applies only to papers with authors affiliated with institutions in Turkey, regardless of their nationality.
• A 30% discount will be provided to all board members and students affiliated with the scientific sponsors of SEMIT 2024 (the scientific sponsors list can be found here).
• A 50% discount will be provided to all students and members affiliated with the Ankara Yildirim Beyazit University.
• Registration fee for online participants covers the following:
  • E- Certificate of attendance, speech, or presentation (For all authors)
  • E-package of conference
  • Access to all technical panels, workshops, and other programs
  • Publishing the paper in the conference proceeding

• Registration fee (except listeners) includes one paper; the fee for the second paper upwards will be (All authors shall be the same):
  • Non-Turkish Authors: Euro 100
  • Turkish Authors: TL 600
• The fee covers participation in the conference and not publication. If papers are accepted for publication by Springer or journals, authors are not required to make additional payments.
• The fee is determined by the affiliation of the corresponding author. If the corresponding author is a student with a valid ID card, the student fee applies. Otherwise, the fee is based on the status of the corresponding author as a faculty member/ researcher/ academic or industrial professionals.
• Registering for the conference does not guarantee the publication of your paper in the Springer book or journals. Publication is contingent upon the quality level of the paper and its adherence to the standards of the journals or Springer. However, it is worth mentioning that almost all papers presented at past conferences have been selected for publishing in the Springer book or one of the associated journals.
