  Short Bio:

Marzieh Asaadi is an economist researcher specialized in international macroeconomics, with a focus on sustainable development and the knowledge-based economy. she earned her PhD in monetary and international macroeconomics from the University of Glasgow, UK, with an A grade. Currently, she is serving as an Assistant. Professor of Economics in the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, and the director of the Socio-Economic Research Group at Golestan University, Iran. Besides publishing several research papers, her most notable achievements include receiving the World Bank scholarship, the International Monetary Fund research travel grant, the research travel grant as a visiting researcher at the Korea Institute for International Economic Policy, South Korea (2022), the main investigator in the international research project "Governance of sustainable development of BRICS member countries" hosted by the National Institute of Humanities and Social Sciences of South Africa, and the Faculty of Management Sciences of the Durban University of Technology-South Africa (2023-2024), and the research travel grant to attend the roundtable dialogue of the BRICS plus nations in the field of digital economy governance, hosted jointly by MGIMO University, and St. Petersburg University, Russia (2024).

  Abstract:

Blockchain-based applications and cryptocurrencies have recently gained significant attention as technological advancements in finance, introducing a new dimension to the traditional monetary system. The concept of tokenomics, which focuses on the economics of blockchain-based tokens, has emerged prominently alongside the proliferation of cryptocurrencies and decentralized finance (DeFi) platforms. This development has presented fresh opportunities and challenges concerning the monetary policy transmission mechanism (MTM). Currently, central banks and policymakers are tasked with grasping the intricate relationship between tokenomics and the monetary transmission mechanism, which dictates how monetary policy decisions influence the economy through alterations in interest rates, credit accessibility, and asset valuations. This presentation seeks to delve into the dynamics between tokenomics and the monetary transmission mechanism through its transmission channels, offering insights into the potential implications for central banks and policymakers amidst a rapidly evolving financial landscape.

Dr. AbdulQuddus Mohammed is working as an Assistant Professor in Business Division Chair at HCT-Al Dhafra Colleges. He enjoys the academic leadership experience because he has an amazing team of incredible faculty, support staff and caring management. His leadership philosophy is “leaders eat last”; he believes in the idea of people come first in organizations. As a teacher, he believes that it is his responsibility to take care of the students professional and personal development. He is passionate about making difference to people by sharing knowledge to create leaders of influence to society. Other than teaching and researching, he loves to coach people to show them right direction. 
He joined HCT in 2016, enjoying the experience of teaching to wonderful students and meeting diversified colleagues. He had been fortunate to win 2024 ACBSP Teaching Excellence Award by ACBSP, USA. And also, HCT Teaching Excellence Awards consecutively since last three years. He won HCT Outstanding Employee Award and HCT Faculty Excellence Award for the community service. He is a winner of the prestigious Sheikh Mansour Bin Zayed Award for Best Research in Human Resources by, Federal Authority of HR(FAHR), UAE. And also, The winner of Queen Effat Award for the Excellence in Teaching at Effat University, Saudi Arabia.
He has attained PhD (Management), Doctorate in Business Administration (AI and Digital Marketing), MBA in Management Information Systems and MPM (Masters in Personnel Management). Professionally. He has professional certifications in FCIM, FCIML, SHRM-CP, MCIPD-Academic, Blackboard Certified Educator, Certified Management and Business Educator and Certified Digital Marketing Professional and Certified Blockchain Associate. He developed the most important course ENT 4033-Startup Lab in collaboration with the industry partners for the Innovation and Entrepreneurship program and enjoying the leading the team of faculty teaching this course system wide. He embarked on a project of contributing to society with my Z-Mindset Lab to advocate Entrepreneurial Mindset as an element of education system and developed first ever psychometric test for assessing Entrepreneurial Mindset in UAE. The hunger that keeps him moving is to spread the importance of entrepreneurial mindset and the philosophy of impossible is nothing to zee generation and entrepreneurs.

  Abstract:

This workshop is designed specifically for all the international faculty, focusing on AI tools that can enhance classroom engagement and      improve learning outcomes. We will explore AI driven platforms for creating interactive classes, course development, assessment development and analytical tools to monitor students progress that will help individuals faculty members to offer customized classroom solutions for students engagement and active classroom environment.

Mr. Vuppulapati Chandra Sekhar Naidu is an IT professional with over 23 years of experience in Computer Science and Information Technology, having worked with prestigious organizations such as IBM, EXL, Virtusa, UST Global, and Polaris in Principal Architecture and Leadership roles. His expertise spans Big Data, AI/ML, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Data Governance. He has published articles in these fields, developed advanced analytical models, and designed cutting-edge solutions.
Mr. Vuppulapati also served as a reviewer for various university journals and was recently selected as a GLOBEE Judge in Cybersecurity, where he assessed submissions from over 50 companies. He has been invited to speak at several international conferences on communication, computational intelligence, and computing technologies, and he regularly reviews research-oriented papers from leading organizations, universities, International seminar/workshops offering innovative ideas that can make a meaningful impact
His experience includes managing diverse global clients across industries such as banking, finance, healthcare, retail, insurance, manufacturing, logistics, and telecom. As a Senior Member of IEEE, IET and Fellow of IETE, he currently leads Data, AI/ML, Cloud, and Big Data projects at COFORGE.COM, as a Senior Practice Leader -AI/ML where he drives strategic engagements and provide thought leadership to expand the data analytics practice.

Mr. Harshavardhan Yedla is a seasoned IT professional with 18 years of experience in implementing and architecting digital technologies, having made significant contributions at renowned organizations like Wipro, Persistent & Genpact. His expertise encompasses a broad spectrum of areas including Data Engineering, AI/ML, Cloud Solutions & Business Transformation. Mr. Yedla has successfully led cross-functional teams, managed complex data transformation projects & driven innovative solutions across various domains such as finance, healthcare, and manufacturing & Supply Chain. He has published scholarly articles on advanced forecasting techniques and environmental sustainability and actively contributes as a reviewer for numerous international conferences and journals. His role as a Principal Architect Practitioner has seen him leading transformative projects at prominent companies like Disney+, Zelle, Walmart, GE where he has shaped technology roadmaps and enhanced business processes. Yedla is a Senior Member of IEEE and a Fellow of the IETE & SAS Society, Mr. Yedla continues to drive strategic initiatives and provide thought leadership in the realms of data analytics and digital transformations & AI.

Dr. Sheetal Sharma is a distinguished academic and professional with a rich background in architecture and urban planning, currently serving as the Dean of the School of Architecture at VIT Bhopal. With extensive qualifications, including a Ph.D., GEM CP, M.Plan (U.D.P), M.Val, and B.Arch, she has gained notable recognition in her field. Dr. Sharma is a Chartered Architect and a member of prestigious organizations such as RIBA, FIV, AIIA, AMI Struct, MITPI, and LMIAH, showcasing her commitment to advancing architectural practice and education. Throughout her career, she has been instrumental in shaping future architects, fostering innovation, and leading collaborative efforts that merge design excellence with urban development strategies. Her leadership extends beyond academia, contributing to industry standards and participating in interdisciplinary projects that span structural design, urban planning, and valuation. As a thought leader in architecture, Dr. Sharma continues to guide the next generation of architects and urban planners while playing an active role in the growth of architectural education and practice in India.

In manufacturing industries, ensuring product reliability, compliance with standards, and operational efficiency is crucial, relying heavily on effective quality control and maintenance management. This study explores the integration of AI technologies to analyze sensor data from production equipment. Leveraging advanced predictive modeling techniques such as Stacked LSTM networks, RNNs, Random Forests, Gradient Boosting, SVM, ARIMA, and SARIMA, the analysis aims to predict potential equipment failures, implement proactive maintenance strategies, and maintain stringent quality standards through automated checks and audits.
This research illustrates how AI-driven insights are effectively visualized on intuitive dashboards and detailed reports, facilitating adherence to regulatory requirements and significantly enhancing operational reliability in manufacturing processes. Beyond immediate benefits such as reduced downtime and increased productivity, anomaly detection in rotating machinery is highlighted as pivotal in AI-based predictive maintenance (PdM). The study underscores the transformative impact of predictive modeling on the management of production equipment, fostering innovation and supporting sustainable practices across diverse industries by utilizing sensors, cameras, and laser beam sensing.
