Organize Your Mini-Conference

(Symposium)

 

It is our great pleasure to invite you to organize and manage your mini-conference as symposium at the SEMIT 2024 international conference.

It is possible to have this symposium in cooperation with your university or institute to take advantage of the benefits. 

 

The symposium will have the following features:

1. It is as a mini-conference with your defined specific topic (considering the conference scopes);
2. It includes 2 to 4 professional panels;
3. It includes 10 to 24 papers' presentations,

  

Advantages of organizing a symposium include:

1. The symposium organizer can suggest the selected papers to be published in Springer or any of the journals, but the final decision will bemade by the conference technical program chairs.
2.  The symposium organizer will receive a certificate for managing the symposium.
3. The university or institute of the symposium organizer can be introduced as one of the symposium organizers and will be mentioned on the conference proceedings, Springer CCIS Book Series (Indexed in Scopus), conference Website, and announces of the conference in international associations.
4. The symposium organizer will receive good financial support from the conference (please contact us).
